Our SaaS platform helps high-performing teams in Senior living, Multifamily Housing, Real Estate, and beyond stand out from the competition, build trust faster, accelerate sales cycles, and book more meetings/tours (customers typically see 2–3 extra meetings per month).
We're growing rapidly and looking for a hungry, results-driven SDR/BDR to join our team and own the top of the funnel.
About the Role
As an SDR at SalesMail, you'll be the first human voice (and video!) prospects experience. You'll use our own platform to run personalized outbound campaigns, book qualified meetings for our Account Executives, and help fast-growing senior living communities, multifamily operators, and sales teams across industries adopt video outreach that actually gets opened and responded to.
This is a perfect role for someone who loves cold outreach, experiments with messaging, thrives on metrics, and wants to sell a product they genuinely believe in and use every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and prospect into target accounts (primarily Senior Living, Multifamily, Home Health, and B2B sales organizations) using LinkedIn, email, phone, and our own video platform
- Execute high-volume, high-quality outbound campaigns — mixing cold email sequences, personalized videos, LinkedIn touchpoints, and phone calls
- Research prospects deeply to craft tailored, value-first messages that highlight how SalesMail solves real pain points (low response rates, generic outreach, long sales cycles)
- Book qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives — focusing on decision-makers (VP/Director of Sales, Marketing Directors, Community Directors, Revenue leaders)
- Maintain accurate CRM hygiene (we use HubSpot + our own platform analytics)
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, provide prospect feedback, and test new features/outreach angles
What We're Looking For
- 6–18 months of SaaS SDR/BDR experience (or strong top-of-funnel sales experience in a competitive environment)
- Proven track record of hitting/exceeding quota in a metrics-driven outbound role
- Comfortable with cold calling, cold emailing, and social selling (LinkedIn is huge for us)
- Experience or strong interest in video-based selling / modern sales engagement tools
- Coachable, resilient, and competitive — you love seeing your name at the top of the leaderboard
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (you'll be representing a video-first brand)
- High emotional intelligence and ability to quickly build rapport
- Organized and process-oriented — you live in your CRM
- Bonus: Experience selling into senior living, multifamily housing, real estate, or property management verticals
- Bonus: Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, or similar
