Our SaaS platform helps high-performing teams in Senior living, Multifamily Housing, Real Estate, and beyond stand out from the competition, build trust faster, accelerate sales cycles, and book more meetings/tours (customers typically see 2–3 extra meetings per month).

We're growing rapidly and looking for a hungry, results-driven CSS to join our team and own the client experience.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager who leads with market insight and vision, not just execution. This role is ideal for someone who deeply understands customer problems, industry dynamics, and where AI truly adds value, and can translate that understanding into a thoughtful, differentiated product direction.

The Product Manager acts as the voice of the customer and the market inside SalesMail, helping guide what we build, why it matters, and how it supports trust, adoption, and measurable outcomes for our clients.

This is not a ticket-taking or Jira-driven role. It’s a strategic product role with real influence on the direction of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Market & Customer Leadership

  • Develop a deep understanding of SalesMail’s core markets, customers, buyers, and users
  • Regularly engage with customers, prospects, and internal teams to uncover unmet needs
  • Synthesize feedback from Sales, Client Success, Support, and Marketing into clear product opportunities
  • Track competitive products and market trends, particularly in AI, video, and trust-based communication

Product Vision & Strategy

  • Help define and evolve SalesMail’s product vision and roadmap
  • Identify high-impact opportunities that align customer value with business goals of driving high NRR and ARR
  • Shape how AI is used responsibly and effectively within the platform
  • Balance near-term customer needs with long-term platform and data strategy

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Engineering to frame problems and prioritize solutions
  • Work with Sales and Client Success to ensure features are easy to explain, adopt, and expand
  • Support go-to-market efforts with clear product positioning and use-case narratives
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to leadership

Execution (Without Becoming a Bottleneck)

  • Define success metrics and outcomes for product initiatives
  • Write clear problem statements and lightweight requirements
  • Participate in planning and prioritization while empowering teams to execute
  • Validate that shipped features solve real problems and drive measurable impact

  • A clear, compelling product vision understood across teams
  • Strong alignment between market needs and roadmap priorities
  • Improved customer adoption, retention, and expansion
  • Confidence from Sales and Client Success in product messaging and positioning
  • Leadership trust in product recommendations, trade-offs, and prioritization decisions

Qualifications

Required

  • Product Management experience in SaaS or technology products
  • Strong customer discovery and qualitative research skills
  • Proven ability to define product direction based on real market needs
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and shaping strategy without perfect data
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills

Preferred

  • Product management certification
  • Experience in B2B SaaS
  • Exposure to AI-powered or data-driven products
  • Experience in growth-stage or scaling companies

This Role Is Not for Someone Who

  • Primarily manages tickets and sprint ceremonies
  • Avoids customer conversations
  • Waits for others to define product direction
  • Measures success only by features shipped
