Our SaaS platform helps high-performing teams in Senior living, Multifamily Housing, Real Estate, and beyond stand out from the competition, build trust faster, accelerate sales cycles, and book more meetings/tours (customers typically see 2–3 extra meetings per month).

About the Role

We’re looking for a Controller to plan and coordinate accounting functions across our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems.
• Manage account receivable functions including check deposits, creation of recurring schedules, customer accounts in accounting software, etc.
• Manage account payable schedules for the processing of vendor payments.
• Monthly reconciliation of company bank, credit card accounts, balance sheet, and other related expense accounts.
• Guide financial decisions by maintaining up-to-date financial data.
• Provide monthly financial reports for leadership and investors.
• Monitor and confirms financial condition by conducting internal audits.
• Prepare budgets by collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data.
• Achieves budget objectives by scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Experience with financial reporting requirements
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Technology or software industry experience, preferably in SaaS environments
• Experience with QuickBooks is preferred
